Remote Monitoring and Control
You probably already use a computer to manage your bank account or to check the latest news. Sebastian and Alarm.com makes it just as easy to protect the place that matters most to you. We designed the website control panel so that you won’t ever need to bother with the manual that came with your security system. Remote monitoring and control allows you to:
- Arm and disarm your security system from any computer.
- View updated status reports and recent sensor activity.
- Monitor everyday activities, not just alarms.
- Add and manage multiple users including the housekeeper, dog walker, babysitter, etc.
- Set up schedules and reminders to arm and disarm your system.
- Search activity history as far back as 60 days.
 Video Monitoring
View real-time video of your home or business from one or more of your cameras. You can watch each angle one at a time, or take advantage of the Multi Camera View to see all camera views on a single screen. You can also save video clips for future use as well as recieve video alerts on your mobile phone.
How it works
Sebastian offers a variety of security-grade IP video cameras, or can even retrofit most traditional analog (CCTV) security cameras to use with Alarm.com. Each camera includes built-in Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity and requires only a high-speed Internet connection and a power outlet no need to plug it into your computer or install any software. The videos are stored remotely on our servers at Alarm.com, which means that you’ll be able to view both live and recorded clips anytime on the web or even on your cell phone or smartphone.

Feature Descriptions
Multi-zone control panel
The control unit is the brain of the system, keeping track of the status of various secured zones throughout your home.
User-friendly Keypad
The Concord 4 unit is easy to use and backlit, so it is easy to read at a glance.
Infrared Motion Sensor
The motion sensor provides a second line of defense against intruders. When armed, it transmits invisible beams of light that sets off the alarm when breached.
Door and Window Sensors
These contact points may be placed on doors or windows that are the likely points of entry for intruders. Your system may be upgraded to provide as many sensors as necessary to provide the best coverage.
Battery Back-up Power
This feature insures the integrity of your system in the event of power failure.
24-hour Central Monitoring
Our professional operators monitor your system around the clock. In the event of an alarm, our operators will notify the proper authorities and execute any other instructions associated with your account.
Panic Button
This feature enable you to set off your alarm if there is an emergency when you are home and your system is not armed at the time.
Theft Deterrent Yard Sign and Window Stickers
These warn potential intruders or thieves that your property is armed with a security system.
Wireless Capabilities
This convenient feature enables you to arm and disarm your system via remote control.
Security Camera
Keep an eye on your valuables with one of our security cameras. Remote monitoring is available. Check on your home from any computer with an Internet connection.
Glass Break Sensors
This technology activates the alarm in the event of an entry that does not breach the contact sensor in a window or glass door.
Smoke and Fire Detection
This feature will notify our monitoring station if there is possibly fire in your home, so we can notify the local authorities.
Carbon Monoxide Detection
This feature works the same as the smoke and fire detection except it detect the presence of deadly carbon monoxide gas from your furnace or other appliance.
Moisture Processor and Sensors
This feature will notify our monitoring station to the presence of water and other liquids. The sensor units can be surface mounted or floor mounted beneath carpet.
Freeze Sensors
This feature enables our monitoring system to detect frozen or broken pipes. It signals an alarm when the temperature falls below 45 degrees.
Pager Notification
Working in conjunction with the system supervision feature, this allows our operators to notify you by pager when a family member uses their code, letting you know that they have arrived home.
System Supervision
This feature enables our monitoring system to keep a computerized log of every time a code is entered into your system.
Personal Pendant
